This sweet white vinegar made with balsamic vinegar of Modena and blended with real raspberries is like eating fresh raspberries straight off the vine giving you that bright burst of sweet and tart flavor. This balsamic won a Sofi Award in 2019 for Best New Balsamic Vinegar.
How to Enjoy:
- Dressing fresh garden salads along with fresh fruit, nuts, and creamy cheese.
- Drizzling over Greek yogurt, granola and fresh fruit.
- Deglazing the pan when making sauces for braised, roasted, or grilled meats.
