About Our Classes

All our classes are conducted in a demonstration-style format unless specified otherwise in the description. We're dedicated to showcasing creative and enjoyable ways to pair our specialty olive oils and vinegars with themed menus! Expect a generous tasting of each dish prepared during the class, so arrive hungry. Additionally, you'll receive copies of the recipes served, allowing you to recreate the culinary magic at home.
