The taste of this Truffle Honey is sweet and soft but with the distinct flavor of truffle. You can taste it best if you let the honey be the center of attention. Therefore, honey is best with soft and mild cheeses, such as goat cheese, sheep cheese, or brie. The honey also goes well with mature cheeses such as camembert (tip: heat in the oven), blue cheese, or pecorino. Also, combine it with cured meat or over-smoked salmon.
