• Black Tellicherry: Bigger and richer in flavor, these peppercorns are grown in southern India on Mt. Tellicherry.
• White: From the same fruit as the black peppercorn but ripened longer, then soaked in water to remove the outer skins, resulting in a spicier, slightly fermented flavor
• Green: These unripened berries are light green with a fresher, slightly herbal taste. 
• Pink: Grown on a different plant, these red-hued berries have a delicate, peppery flavor and a fruity, floral aroma.
