Polynesian Teriyaki

Our teriyaki sauce starts with a base of less sodium soy sauce and made complex and rich with ingredients such as aromatic Japanese sake rice wine, sweet and tart pineapple juice, punchy ginger, garlic, and nutty sesame oil. The result is an umami bomb of a sauce suitable for use as a marinade, stir frying or as a dipping sauce.
