Pappardelline with Truffle

Infused with Summer Truffle, this pasta is especially delicious when paired with a simple creamy sauce. The addition of wheat germ to the flour blend enhances the pasta’s flavor, giving it a rich, nutty depth. It’s also excellent served with truffle sauce, or simply with truffle butter and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
