DeLallo Malfaldini Pasta is a short cut of pasta that resembles mini lasagna noodles—a variation of the longer Mafalda pasta. While Mafalda is named for the long, wavy hair of an Italian princess, these shorter noodles are shorter but with the same ribbon-like shape and curly edges. These ruffles make it the perfect pasta for capturing chunky sauces, like the classic Bolognese.
