King Arthur Baking Company's Reusable Nonstick Round Loaf Lifter makes it easy to release bread loaves from Dutch oven baking pans. Simply place a lifter into a Dutch oven with tabs over the pan sides, add the shaped dough for a second rise, cover the pan with the lid leaving the tabs over the sides, and bake according to the recipe. Once done, use the tabs to lift out the loaf from the pan. Allow the liner to cool completely before cleaning. Made from European-grade silicone with natural glass fibers and sealed edges, it distributes heat evenly, offers the same quick food release and easy cleanup as standard silicone but is even more durable, and maintains its non-stick qualities through more uses.
