- It’s feisty, smoky, and deliciously fiery with a little sweetness from the roasted red bell peppers and fresh mango. Even though it contains ghost pepper, this sauce is not nuclear.
- HEAT LEVEL: Hot 8/10
- Pairings: Fire up hummus. Curry. Add a kick to soup. Marinate Tofu. Chicken Wings. Pork Tenderloin.
- Dietary Notes: Gluten Free, Vegan, Preservative Free. Sugar Free.
- Ingredients: water, mango, red jalapeno mash (red jalapeno, garlic, vinegar, salt), white vinegar, garlic, salt, orange juice, ghost chili, monkfruit sweetener
- How long does the hot sauce last? It’s good unopened for 2 years, and after opening 1 year.
- Does the hot sauce need to be refrigerated? Our hot sauces are all natural and preservative free, and therefore need to be stored properly. They do not require refrigeration, but need to be kept in a cool, dark place that is 72*F or less.
- How hot are ghost peppers?Also known as bhut jolokia, the ghost pepper boasts a Scoville rating of 1,000,000. (A jalapeno is typically around 10,000.)
