Fudge Brownie Dessert Cheeseball-Dip

A Fudge Brownie cheese ball is crowd-pleaser for partygoers of all sizes. Also makes a delectable frosting for cupcakes. To make a cheeseball, stir mix into 8 oz. softened cream cheese. Add sour cream 1 Tablespoon at a time until the mixture can be formed into a ball. Turn onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill, and then garnish, if desired, with chopped nuts, coconut, mini chocolate chips, or cake decorating sprinkles. To make dip, mix as above and spread in serving dish. Serve with strawberries, apples, graham crackers, vanilla wafers or pretzels. To make a vegan dessert, blend package ingredients with 12 ounces Toffuti cream cheese. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers, cookies and fruit. Prepared mix will have a dip consistency.
