Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

Thick and cheesy, this stick-to-your-ribs soup is brimming with tender potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Serve with toasted croutons or French bread for a fantastic meal the entire family will love. Ready in 30 minutes. Makes 8 cups. Instructions: Simmer package potatoes and vegetables in 5 cups water for 15 minutes.   Whisk in package flour, add 2 cups shredded cheese and stir until melted. Add 1-1/2 cups lowfat milk, heat, and enjoy.
