6/4/2024 Traditional Sourdough: LOVELAND LOCATION

In this unique class, we invite you to explore the nutritional benefits of sourdough bread and learn the art of bread-making from scratch. Get hands-on experience as we guide you through activating and feeding your bread starter and mastering the art of crafting traditional dough.

During the class, we'll also delve into the fascinating world of scoring bread, demonstrating how to create fun and intricate designs that elevate your loaf's presentation.

As you work on your dough, you can sample a freshly baked loaf of sourdough, served with Olive & Herb's infused olive oils and vinegars, enhancing your tasting experience.

And as with all our classes, you'll leave equipped with the knowledge and recipes to recreate your perfect loaf at home, ensuring you can continue your sourdough journey long after the class ends. Join us for a hands-on experience that combines learning, tasting, and creativity!

Class times: This class starts promptly at 6:00 PM and ends at approximately 7:30 PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled.  Please note the start time, as some classes are offered during the day!  After the class, attendees are welcome to shop at our store; you will receive 10 percent off your purchase.  

About our classes: Unless otherwise noted in the description, all classes are demonstration-style cooking.  We work hard to show you how to pair our oils and vinegars in easy and fun ways within a themed menu!  We will provide you with copies of the recipes served so you can recreate your experience.   

We will provide water, but you are welcome to bring your own wine or other beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be able to be granted. To cancel, please call the store at 970.775.2854.  If you are experiencing illness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or we cannot reschedule your class.  Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.  

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive & Herb permission and the right to use your likeness in our marketing materials either via a photo or other electronic media. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose. Pictures and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit.  We will not compensate you for our use of these photos.
