Experience the art of homemade pasta making in our hands-on class designed for families! Discover the simple and fast recipes that will kickstart your pasta-making journey. Learn the basics of crafting delicious pasta from scratch, and by the end of the class, take home your freshly made pasta to cook for your loved ones.

Our basic recipe offers endless possibilities for personalization by adding your favorite ingredients. This interactive class ensures you'll learn the techniques and leave with a generous amount of pasta to create a memorable meal at home. Class times: This class starts promptly at 10:30 AM and ends at approximately 12:00 PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled.  Please note the start time, as some classes are offered during the day!  After the class, attendees are welcome to shop at our store; you will receive 10 percent off your purchase.  

Childern: May not attend class unless a ticket has been purchased for them. Age limit of 8 yrs of age. for the ability to crank the machine and stand at the table.  If you have a child younger and feel they would be able to handle the class, please call and we can discuss thier attendence to class. 

About our classes: Unless otherwise noted in the description, all classes are demonstration-style cooking.  In this particular class, you will make the pasta and take it home to eat later!  

We will provide water, but you are welcome to bring your own wine or other beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be able to be granted. To cancel, please call the store at 970.775.2854.  If you are experiencing illness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or we cannot reschedule your class.  Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.  

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive & Herb permission and the right to use your likeness in our marketing materials either via a photo or other electronic media. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose. Pictures and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit.  We will not compensate you for our use of these photos.  

Classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
