02/11/2026 Focaccia Workshop Chef Sandra LOCATION: Cheyenne

This fun and interactive class will give you the foundation for making a basic sourdough Focaccia Loaf while giving you the instruction on how to add in ingredients like pesto or any other add ins you might find delicious! By the end of the class you will have a loaf to take home to bake , a starter for future loaves, written directions that we will cover step by step in class, and the confidence to actually do it! Plus we will have fresh loaf to snack on as one bakes during class!

That snack loaf will be paired with some of Olive and Herbs fantastic oil blends! 

 

Our class starts at 6:00pm and runs approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

1 4qt bowl with a lid

Silicone spatula 

Silicone dough scrapper 

Digital kitchen scale

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be able to be granted. To cancel, please call the store at 307.426.4133.  If you are experiencing illness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or we cannot reschedule your class.  Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.  

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive & Herb permission and the right to use your likeness in our marketing materials either via a photo or other electronic media. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose. Pictures and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit.  We will not compensate you for our use of these photos.
