Ingredients: 

• Terrapin Ridge Buffalo Ranch Garnishing Squeeze

• Pre-made pizza crust

• Black beans, rinsed and drained

• Charred corn, removed from cob

• Grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped

• Avocado, chopped

• Cilantro, chopped

• Grilled chicken w/ Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette from this recipe

• Any smoky cheese, grated  

Directions: 

1. Grill chicken as indicated according to this recipe.

2. After chicken rests and has been brushed with Buffalo Ranch, cut into cubes or thin slices.

3. Spread pizza crust with desired amount of Buffalo Ranch.

4. Top with chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado and cheese.

5. Drizzle desired amount of Buffalo Ranch Garnishing Sauce over top.

6. Place on grill until heated thru and cheese is melted.

7. Remove from the grill and top with cilantro.
