About Us

Olive and Herb has been in business since 2017, and after our initial store opening in Windsor, Colorado, we found a location and started to expand into the Loveland area. With this location, it became hectic, and with a family to attend to, Michelle decided to sell the little hidden gem in Windsor and work hard at making Loveland, Olive and Herb, new home. On this journey, there were many mountains to climb as the community needed more of Michelle’s time. In December of 2024.  Michelle decided to start a new adventure and sold the stores to two couples who started out with her in Windsor. loving the products and the stores concepts. 

Trish, Kevin, Linda and Don are building upon Michelle's vision of Olive and Herb by offering many new products and bringing new ideas to the cooking classes as well. We love to offer new, exciting products, events, and flavors at our store and provide our customers with healthy, delicious, and local products! Thank you for continuing on with us on our new journey.
