About Us

Olive and Herb have been in business since 2017, and after our initial store opening in Windsor, Colorado, we found a location and started to expand into the Loveland area. With this location, it became hectic, and with a family to attend to, we decided to sell the little hidden gem in Windsor and work hard at making Loveland their new home. On this journey, there were many mountains to climb as the community needed more of Michelle’s time. We found a team of like-minded partners with the same ambition for food and to grow with them.

David Larkins and Sarah Miller are partners who have helped open and develop the location in The Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland, Colorado. We have moved to the mall's west side and enjoy seeing many new and returning faces in our store. We are continually offering many new products and have cooking classes as well. We love to offer new, exciting products, events, and flavors at our store and provide our customers with healthy, delicious, and local products! Thank you for joining our outstanding team!
