2 Slices Rustic Sourdough Bread

1 Avocado

1/2 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt, plus more to finish

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees and place bread on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and until toasted, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mash the avocado together with sea salt and lemon juice.

Spread smashed avocado on toast, and top with cherry tomatoes, an extra pinch of black garlic sea salt, and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
