In a large pot heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot add kernels and cover. Occasionally shake the pot to ensure even heating. Once popping slows to less than every 3 seconds, remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute.
Season with additional olive oil, salt, and dipper. Enjoy!
To make popping popcorn even easier we love to use a silicone microwave popcorn popper. All you have to do is add your oil and kernels to the popcorn popper, place in the microwave and press popcorn, then season with desired toppings. Super simple!
