Ingredients:

3-4 Chicken Breasts

2 Tbsp Vera Cruz Chili Infused Olive Oil or Key Lime Infused Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Cilantro, plus more to finish
Directions:

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and add to a large bowl or Ziploc bag.

In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, rub, and 2 Tbsp cilantro.

Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour up to 6 hours in the fridge. Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking.

Skewer and grill on medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
