Ingredients: 

• 4 large fresh peaches, halved

• Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing

• 1 red onion

• Cooking spray

• Desired amount of Italian sausage links (we suggest about 1 lb)

• 5 oz spring salad blend

• 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

Directions: 

1. Preheat your grill.

2. Halve peaches and cut onions into thick pieces, coat both with cooking spray and set aside.

3. Grill the sausages for approx. 10 minutes or until grill marked. Grill onions and peaches until grill marked.

4. Roughly chop the sausage and onions, and add to the spring salad blend.

5. Place the grilled peaches and goat cheese on top.

6. Drizzle in Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing and enjoy this delicious, crave worthy salad.
