Strawberry Prosecco Toast with Whipped Honey Goat Cheese

This beautiful appetizer will impress any guest! Delicious as a snack or beautiful at brunch, you are sure to love this recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with bread slices and drizzle with Sicilian Lemon olive oil. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden in color.

  2. Add the strawberries, Prosecco Vinegar, Vanilla Bean Sea Salt, and black pepper in a glass or ceramic bowl. Set aside.

  3. Whip the goat cheese and honey in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.

  4. Spoon 1-2 Tbsp of honey-whipped goat cheese on each toast piece to assemble. Arrange strawberries atop the cheese and finish with a sprinkle of mint. Enjoy!
