Ingredients:

1 Loaf of Artisan Bread, sliced 1/4" thick

2 cups Strawberries, rinsed and sliced

3 Tbsp Prosecco Italian Wine Vinegar or White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

1 cup Fresh Goat Cheese

2 Tbsp Honey

5 Mint Leaves, chiffonade
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with bread slices and drizzle with Sicilian Lemon olive oil. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden in color.

Add the strawberries, Prosecco Vinegar, Vanilla Bean Sea Salt, and black pepper in a glass or ceramic bowl. Set aside.

Whip the goat cheese and honey in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.

Spoon 1-2 Tbsp of honey-whipped goat cheese on each toast piece to assemble. Arrange strawberries atop the cheese and finish with a sprinkle of mint. Enjoy!
