Smokey Pancetta Wrapped Shrimp


  1. Preheat the grill to 350 F.

  2. Cut pancetta in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of pancetta.

  3. In a small bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, and rub. 

  4. Brush mixture over shrimp and let sit for 10 minutes.

  5. Grill shrimp until opaque, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Recipe Note:

Garnish this dish with green onions for added color and a pop of fresh flavor!
