Seared Halibut with Mango Salsa

The flavor of this mango salsa will intensify with the use of our Barrel-Aged White Balsamic Vinegar. This mango salsa is delicious on its own, or use it to top seared fish like in this recipe, it is sure to be a staple in your recipe rotation.

Directions:

  1. Dice the mango, onion, and red pepper into small 1/4" pieces. Top with sea salt, cilantro, and balsamic. Toss to coat. Set aside to rest while you prepare the fish.

  2. Wash and pat the fish dry. Season each side liberally with sea salt and pepper.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large wide skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the fish and sear for 3-5 minutes per side depending on how rare you like your fish.

  4. Arrange the cooked fish on each plate and garnish with the salsa. Enjoy!

Recipe Note:

This recipe would work with any white fish you prefer.
