  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Boil potatoes in a large pot of cold salted water. Cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the potatoes, then use the bottom of a pint glass or ramekin dish to smash each potato into a thinner pancake-like shape.
  4. Drizzle the potatoes with Caramelized Garlic-Infused Olive Oil, Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning, and Black Garlic-Infused Sea Salt.
  5. Bake potatoes until they are crispy, about 45 minutes.
  6. Finish with White Balsamic Vinegar, and enjoy!
