Ingredients:
- 3lb Red Potatoes, rinsed
- ¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning
- 1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Boil potatoes in a large pot of cold salted water. Cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the potatoes, then use the bottom of a pint glass or ramekin dish to smash each potato into a thinner pancake-like shape.
- Drizzle the potatoes with Caramelized Garlic-Infused Olive Oil, Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning, and Black Garlic-Infused Sea Salt.
- Bake potatoes until they are crispy, about 45 minutes.
- Finish with White Balsamic Vinegar, and enjoy!
