Olive Oil and Herb Drop Biscuits



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. In a large bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and Wild Garlic until well combined.

  3. Pour in the olive oil and milk and stir until just moistened.

  4. Drop batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

  6. Serve with your favorite soup, pasta or chicken dish.
