Lamb Wraps with Lemony Tahini Dressing

These lamb wraps combine savory lamb, fresh veggies, and bright and tangy dressing to create a wrap packed full of flavor! These wraps will take you less than 30 mins to make from start to finish and make the perfect light dinner or easy snack!

Servings: 3-4

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 10 mins



  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 Tbsp olive oil. Once hot add meat, rub, and 1 tsp salt. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until browned

  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, vinegar, and remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil and ¾ tsp salt.

  3. Create wrap by taking a butter lettuce leaf and layer with meat, tomatoes, shallot, cucumber, feta, and a drizzle of lemony tahini dressing.
