Heat the grill to 400 F.

Add sugar shaker to a small plate. Dip fruit in sugar shaker, then place on the grill, cut side down until browning occurs, about 5 minutes. Take off the grill and slice the fruit. Set aside

Slice the pound cake into 3/4 in slices and brush each side with olive oil. Place on the grill and cook each side for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.

In a large bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the vinegar and salt and fold in gently.

Plate a slice of pound cake, top with a spoonful of grilled fruit and a dollop of whipped cream, and finish with a drizzle of more vinegar and sea salt.
