Gooey Baked Brie with a Sugar and Spice Brule

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut rind off the top of Brie wheel and place in Brie Baker.

  3. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar Shaker.

  4. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes until gooey and melted.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve with crackers or bread. 

Recipe Note:

 If you do not own a Brie Baker, place the brie on a small cookie sheet or cake pan before baking.
