1 Wheel of Brie

Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar, for finishing

Crackers or bread for serving
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut rind off the top of Brie wheel and place in Brie Baker.

Sprinkle with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar Shaker.

Bake for 7 – 10 minutes until gooey and melted.

Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve with crackers or bread.
Recipe Note:
If you do not own a Brie Baker, place the brie on a small cookie sheet or cake pan before baking.
