Ingredients:

2 cups Raw Cashews

1 tsp Honey

1 Lime Zested, to finish
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss cashews, Olive Oil, honey, and Mango Masala Rub together.

Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and toss with the lime zest and Ginger Balsamic Vinegar. Return to the oven and cook for another 13-15 minutes.

Allow to cool before eating; enjoy!
Recipe Note:
When zesting citrus fruit, grate the colorful rind and avoid the white pith, which is bitter in flavor.
