Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter:


  1. Follow the directions on the boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.

  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.

  3. Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter, and enjoy!
