Ingredients:

Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter:

½ cup Unsalted Butter softened

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
 
Directions:

Follow the directions on the boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
