12 oz Mozzarella

4 Tomatoes On The Vine
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Basil Balsamic Vinegar
- 10 Basil Leaves, chiffonade cut
Directions

Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into ¼” thick pieces. On a serving platter layer tomatoes and mozzarella by rotating between each one.

Drizzle mozzarella and tomatoes with vinegar and olive oil.

Top salad with basil and sea salt. Serve immediately.
