Ingredients:

2 lbs of ground beef (80/20 works best)

1 lbs of ground pork

1 teas crushed garlic

1/2 Tbs Adobo Seasoning

Dash of salt and pepper

Gruyere Cheese
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except the Gruyere Cheese.

Form patties with a piece of Gruyere Cheese folded into the middle of each patty.

Grill and add a slice of cheese on each burger patty at the end of cook time.
