Ingredients:

Thicker cut, uncured, unseasoned bacon.
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325. Place a wire rack on top of a cooking sheet. Lay bacon strips flat across the top of the wire rack.

Coat the strips in Apple Maple Bacon Jam, the whole front side of the bacon should be covered in a thin layer of Apple Maple Bacon Jam.

Cook at 325 for about 45 minutes, watching as it cooks to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Let cooked bacon sit for at least another 45 minutes as it hardens up. You may need to cut the strips in half to have them stand straight in a cup on the board without bending over. A mason jar works well with the longer pieces of bacon because of the narrowing top. Place bacon in a cup for height and dimension on the board or lay flat on the board.
