Ingredients: 

• ½ jar Apple Horseradish Jam or Apple Maple Bacon Jam

• 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

• 2 cups Monterey Jack, finely shredded and divided

Directions: 

1. Combine cream cheese, jam/dip and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. 

2. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining cheese, cover and refrigerate until serving. 

3. We like to add about a tablespoon of Apple and Horseradish Jam to the top of the cheese ball before serving, if you have extra in your jar!
