About the Classes: All of our classes are demonstration style unless noted on the description. Each class teaches you how to pair Olive Oil & Vinegar in easy & fun recipes. Come enjoy the tasting of all the flavor profiles. Our class provides a generous tasting of each dish prepared…so come hungry! You will leave the night with recipes so you can re-create everything again.

This class starts at 6:00 PM and ends approx. 7:30 PM Please arrive approx. 10 mins early as we start promptly at 6pm.

We invite you to bring your own wine (or other beverages) to enjoy with the food. We will provide glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly. All classes will start at 6pm so we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early. (unless noted otherwise during the day hours) PLEASE CHECK TIME FOR SATURDAY & SUNDAY CLASSES!
Bonus: Each cooking class participant will receive 10% off of their Olive & Herb purchase after their class.

We are following all Covid restaurant & small gatherings guidelines! If you have ANY symptoms please call and we will gladly reschedule your class.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class otherwise a refund will not be granted. To cancel please call the store asap at 970.775.2854 A 24hr notice is required to reschedule your class. No refund if less than a week notice.
Classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
