12/27/2023 Flavors of the Charcuterie Board

Come join us for this exciting class and leave knowing you will be everyone's favorite host. You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation from Michelle through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits and other accompaniments. You will experience socializing at its finest with friends and other classmates, wine and the personal charcuterie board you create during the class. All supplies to artfully design your own charcuterie arrangement are included and can be enjoyed at the event or taken home to share with family and friends. Serves 2-3.

And that is only the first half!

The second half of the class is all about elevating what you just learned. We will offer samples of wine, olive oil, and vinegar. We will be tasting meats, cheese toppings, mustards, and jams as well. We will also be learning what wines pair well with these meats and cheeses. Learn the flavor profiles that will elevate your charcuterie board!

Class times: This class starts promptly at 6:00 PM and ends at approximately 7:30 PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to get settled.  Please note the start time, as some of our classes are offered during the day!  After the class, attendees are welcome to shop our store; you will receive 10 percent off your purchase at that time.  

About our classes:  All of our classes are demonstration style cooking unless otherwise noted in the description.  We work hard to show you how to pair our oils and vinegars in easy and fun ways, within a themed menu!  Our classes provide a generous tasting of every dish we have prepared, so come hungry.  You will also be provided with copies of the recipes served so you can recreate your evening.   

We invite you to bring your own wine or other beverages to enjoy with the meal; we provide the glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class. After that, a refund will not be able to be granted. To cancel, please call the store at 970.775.2854.  If you are experiencing illness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or we cannot reschedule your class.  Please note that all cancellations will have a three percent restocking fee.

Furthermore, understand that by purchasing a ticket and attending our class, you are granting Olive and Herb permission and the right to use your likeness either via a photo or other electronic media in our marketing materials. We have the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or publish these photos for any lawful purpose.  Photos and other electronic media will not be sold or distributed for profit.  You will not be compensated in any way for our use of these photos.
